Mama’s Bistro is a small catering company. Most dishes are prepped by hand of the loving chef, Ms. Nguyen. Her dishes have authentic southern Vietnamese cooking flavors and are full of spices. One of Mama’s Bistro’s specialties is the crispy eggrolls that are loved by many family and friends.
